Overall Responsibility
For effectively managing the system for management of customer relations (the CRM System for Customer Relationship Management) as per the company requirements
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Handling all the aspects associated with CRM Application so that customers wont get any chance to complain
- Customizing, editing and interpreting this system for customer relations management as per the company requirements and the changes happening to the system
- Maintaining the system for management of customer relations with proper monitoring
- Properly training and guiding the employees who work as part of the section of customer management
- Responding to different types of queries from various sections of the organization and providing appropriate solutions for their requirements
- Providing troubleshooting and support on the customer relationship management system for improving the overall function
- Making appropriate changes as per the requirement of the situation and company requirements
- Taking part in meetings which are conducted as per the company requirements
- Giving proper and useful information regarding the proposed changes to the system of customer management
