Overall Responsibility
Guiding and managing the entire provision of the services, programs and policies associated with the human resources section so that the welfare of the company as well as the employees is ensured and well maintained and thereby ensuring the good performance of the organization.

- Staffing and recruiting as per company terms and requirement
- Effective organizational planning
- Leading the objectives and practices related to human resource management effectively
- Improvement systems and performance management in the organization
- Organizational expansion
- Observance to the regulatory and employment concerns of the company
- Employee training, development and orientation
- Document and policy development
- Employee relations management
- Organization-wide team facilitation
- Community and company employee communications
- Employee health, wellness, welfare and safety
- Charitable giving
- Employee counseling and other services
- Directing and managing the administration (if required as per the organizational requirement)
- Facility security (also, if required by the specific organization)
- Managing space planning and facility security if required by the company
