HR Manager plans, coordinates and manages various activities related to human resource management of an organization in order to maximize the effective use of human resource. They are also responsible for maintaining various associated functions like recruitment, employee remuneration and benefits, regulatory compliance and personnel policies. At times, HR manager are also responsible for building and implementing new strategies for HR management system of the organization.

Education and Training Required

A prospective HR manager should essentially have a master’s degree in Human Resource management. This degree helps an individual to get the knowledge regarding legal codes, government regulations and terminology involved in HR management. Knowledge on human resource modelling, strategic planning and leadership technique could also be acquired through various trainings acquired through internship. Knowledge can also be obtained through additional certifications on personnel information systems and labour negotiation and relations.
